At Blueberry, we want you to love every piece you wear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the fashion items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Blueberry tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service. You will receive a confirmation email and a refund to your original payment method once inspected.
